Not a dancer? Never danced? Not important! This class is a very relaxed, movement/meditation orientated class.
A chance to have fun, whilst letting emotions out through movement. 95% of the current class haven’t and hadn’t danced prior to coming. We can confidently say all that attend thoroughly enjoyed it and felt liberated.
The class is an opportunity to do some light exercise, thus releasing endorphins which have a profound effect on our mental health and state.
