The Vita Nova Nature Wellbeing Group is a weekly group that meets in the evening at the Secret Garden in Boscombe, which has now been running for over a year. The aim is to come together, to connect and to be with a supportive community and to create a positive and harmonious energy together.
There are opportunities to share your stories, listen to others, feel heard and acknowledged, and to be yourself without judgement. We include activities (craft, art, writing) and celebrate the seasonal changes and some specific dates in the Celtic calendar. But mainly, the sessions are about relaxing while sitting at the fire pit, having a hot drink, and occasionally cooking something on the fire. The group is led by Karin Meineke, an Eco-Psychology and Nature-Based Practitioner, and there will never be more than ten participants per session.
