The Wind of Change

The Wind of Change

What?

The Wind of Change is a light-hearted, pirate-themed play about the serious business of addiction recovery.  Performed by Vita Nova‘s community theatre group, the play was well received at this year’s Freezone Festival.

Captain Roderick Jolly Rogers and his motley crew are on a quest to find treasure. The treasure they do discover on Serenity Island is not quite what they expected… but worth much more than gold.

Last year, BCP Councillor George Farquhar said of the play….’It was fantastic to attend this performance with such a brilliant cast (and see) their lived experiences of recovery shine through to deliver a powerful and meaningful story….’

The play takes place at Corpus Christi Parish Hall, 757 Christchurch Road, BH7 6AN on Thursday 7th & Friday 8th of December.
